Kings Highway School is honoring Native American Heritage Month. Interested students gathered after school to explore and learn more about Native American cultures. Led by Ms. Laurino and Ms. Jones, students learned a traditional lullaby, complete with singing and drumming. They also discovered the significance of sweet grass and practiced braiding the grass themselves. It was a meaningful opportunity to stay curious and deepen their understanding of the people who make up our world!
