As an end-of-year celebration in Spanish class, Kings Highway School 5th graders had the opportunity to try authentic dishes from Spain. They learned about the dishes in class, including the ingredients and the recipes to make them. Then, they had the opportunity to make a dish at home and bring it in to share with their classmates. They discovered new foods they had never tried and, of course, everyone loved the churros! Felicitaciones to all of the 5th graders on their moving up to middle school! ¡Adios!
