Kings Highway School students had double the learning and fun as they gathered to celebrate two Heritage Months—Asian American and Pacific Islander Month, and Jewish American Heritage Month. After learning about each culture, they enjoyed a dumpling-making demonstration and tasting, followed by a challah-braiding lesson. The students were fully engaged, discovering what makes each culture unique.
