Senora Ritter visited a first-grade classroom for a morning meeting. The students had fun greeting each other with the maracas. The teachers shared a story in Spanish, followed by an activity where students played "Sparkle" in Spanish. The meeting concluded with reading a message in Spanish and in English.
The KHS campus is adorned with gold ribbons and positive chalk messages line the sidewalk for Pediatric Cancer Month. Students and staff wore gold and raised money for the Tommy Fund. Buddy classes also worked together to create activity books for the Tommy Fund Outpatient Center.
